Home Flipping- Project Manager
As a remote or in person project manager for home flipping ventures, my responsibilities encompass orchestrating all aspects of the renovation process. I diligently source and coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of tasks at the property. Managing the procurement process, I facilitate the delivery of supplies directly to the job site or arrange convenient pickups from retailers. Crafting captivating design themes, I curate inviting spaces that captivate potential buyers, facilitating swift property turnovers upon market entry.
This home stands as a deeply rewarding endeavor, a collaborative effort between myself and the investor. While flipping projects often face budget constraints, this fireplace serves as a testament to our ability to maximize impact within those limitations. Flexibility proved crucial. Although initially unplanned, the decision to remove the upper portion of the rock wall during demolition transformed the space, lending it a cleaner aesthetic and enhanced openness.
Strategic choices further emphasized the fireplace's significance. Painting the side door white ensured it framed the focal point of the room, while a custom-made mantle and a sleek black-painted glass insert frame added a touch of modern design. Throughout the home, carefully placed black accents contributed to a cohesive design scheme.
Ultimately, my aim was to provide prospective buyers with a blank canvas upon which to imprint their own vision. Despite the physical distance—my involvement conducted solely through phone calls and FaceTime—the project in Colorado embodies a harmonious blend of vision and execution.
Before & After
Colorado Flip
This kitchen presented a classic case of dated charm in dire need of revitalization. Despite budget constraints precluding the option for new cabinetry, I found a creative solution. By repositioning the peninsula box against the wall, it extended the countertop space, enhancing the kitchen's flow and modern feel. Opting for shelves instead of cabinets proved a savvy budget-friendly choice. The addition of warm-toned flooring beautifully complemented the crisp white cabinetry, while the incorporation of gray quartz anchored the space with both style and practicality. Now, this kitchen stands as a blank canvas, ready to inspire the creativity of its new owner.

The necessity for a striking transformation in this bathroom was crystal clear. Embracing a classic yet effective approach, subway tiles were used in brick set pattern extending them all the way to the ceiling in the shower, creating an illusion of spaciousness. Removing the blinds allowed natural light to dance freely throughout the space, further enhancing its airy ambiance. Introducing black accents seamlessly tied the bathroom's design to the cohesive theme present throughout the rest of the home.
Although not depicted, extending the kitchen flooring into the bathroom was a strategic choice, not only for its waterproof properties but also for its ability to maintain a harmonious design aesthetic. The warm, varied brown tones of the flooring provided a comforting contrast against the pristine white tiles and vanity, adding depth and warmth to the overall atmosphere of the space.
